Return them to us and we'll rehome or responsibly recycle them—giving each piece a new chapter in someone else’s story. We'll donate it to a charity supporting women rebuilding their lives with dignity and grace.

How do I claim my 20% discount
STEP 1: EMAIL
Start by sending us a note expressing your wish to donate your pre-loved RUMI accessory. We’ll reply with all the details, including where to send your item so its story may continue.
STEP 2: DISPATCH
Post your item(s) to the address we’ll share with you upon confirmation—where every return begins its next story.
STEP 3: REWARD
Once your item/s arrives and processed, we’ll send you a personal reward code to use toward your next RUMI creation - gesture to honour your part in our circular journey.
For customers participating in our online donation initiative:
• The RUMI Circular Reward entitles participants to a 20% discount toward their next online RUMI purchase when they donate a minimum of one eligible RUMI pre-loved accessory item.
• This offer is available exclusively online and cannot be redeemed via phone or through third-party platforms.
• Discounts are issued once per confirmed donation and are valid for one-time use within the calendar month.
• To qualify, customers must first email us expressing their intent to donate. We will respond with instructions and a designated return address.
• No cash alternatives will be offered.
Donation Guidelines
• All pre-loved RUMI item/s must be clean and free from damage.
• Accepted items include: scarves, ties and pocket squares.
• RUMI items purchased on partner websites are welcome.
• We regret that we cannot accept brands other than RUMI.
What Happens Next
All donated items will be sorted into three categories:
• For onward donation to charitable partners
• For textile repurposing if unwearable
