DELIVERY INFORMATION
Standard delivery is FREE (for UK mainland) & £20 (for International).

STANDARD DELIVERY
​
Standard delivery to the UK mainland will take between 3-10 working days* from when the order is placed. For products ordered on PRE-ORDER, please expect delivery in 4-6 weeks.
Standard delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands will take longer 5-12 working days.

Please be aware, during special seasons (e.g. Christmas, Easter, etc.), standard delivery may be affected (e.g. due to postal strikes, adverse weather, etc.) and may take longer - between 3-10 working days from when your order is placed.

Overall, we always aim to deliver your order within 10 working days, but it’s subject to postcode and availability of courier service to your area.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

We also offer a Next Day Delivery service.
​
We will always endeavour to deliver your products within 24 hours on a working day* when you select the Next Day Delivery option.
However, in some cases, our next day services may not be available and could be delayed. These may particularly occur during busy periods, such as Sales, unavailability of courier service in the region, or due to untoward occurrences that are beyond our control (such as adverse weather conditions, postal strikes and lockdown).
FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery for all standard orders to mainland UK only and for orders £80 and over (international).
Please note free delivery is only offered for standard delivery (3-10 days) and does not qualify for next day delivery. The minimum order for free next day delivery is £60 (UK mainland).

NOTE:
*A working day is referred as Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will only be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
​
You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/ credit card.
You can enter the delivery address at checkout. Please ensure however that all details are correct before you checkout as amendments to your delivery details cannot be made once your order has been dispatched.

TRACKING DELIVERY
​
Your delivery experience is an essential part of our service offering to you.
Once your item has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with the delivery information and tracking code. A signature will be required when the order is are delivered.
Couriers we use for deliveries include Royal Mail. You can check your order delivery status through the Royal Mail website for information on your delivery.
