RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

PROCESSING RETURNS

We hope that you love every purchase you make on our website but at times you may change your mind. No problem, we understand.

We will refund any item you are not completely happy with if returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the item being in its original packaging. That is, it should be in a saleable, unused and undamaged condition, with all its tags and labels and in its original packaging.

For UK customers and non-UK customers/international customers, please contact us using the contact form quoting your name, order number, items you wish to return and reason for the return. Based on where you are located, you may need to return your item using a recognised courier or postal service within your country. We recommend using recorded delivery when returning the item as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us - whether they are lost, misdirected or delivered late. Please also ensure that you email us the tracking number as soon as you've dispatched the returned items.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

All our items are inspected before dispatch, however, should you receive a defective/damaged or incorrect item, we would be happy to replace it or give you a refund after you send it back to us. Please return the item in a saleable, unused and undamaged condition with its original packaging, tags and labels intact.

All items will be checked when returned and if the product is intact, then we will refund you the full amount of the order, including delivery charges.

RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT ON SPECIAL OFFERS

If you return the products bought as part of a discount offer, you will be refunded the sale/discounted price of those items and not the regular price.

NOTIFICATION OF RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN

Once your returned order has been received and processed by our team, we will email to let you know.  If you do not receive an email from us within 15 days of us receiving your item, please be sure to contact Customer Service and we will look into this for you. Please check your Spam inbox regularly and ensure you add our email to your contact safe list.

 

REFUNDS ON YOUR ACCOUNT

We endeavour to refund your money as soon as possible, though please allow up to 15 days for your refund to be processed from the day we receive your returned product. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please note shipping fees are not refunded.
